Let's cut the CRAB!

It's clear-leave week this week!!! So I'm bored at home, blogging more often… But it's also a good time for me 2 catch up with people over high tea and dinner!!!!

Afternoon tea with Ebel...

We had wanted to do TWG's high tea, but the queue was long due to the post-x'mas crowd… Marmalade Pantry had 15 queue no. waiting in line too…

We found The House of Robert Timms nestled in Borders Bookshop. No crowd, no queue. VERY Good.

To share: Crinkled fries with cheese (nacho-styled)
Ebel's: Garlic & cilantro prawn pasta (which looked very al dente i must say!)
Kara's: Gammon ham & cheese wrap
Tai tai-ing can't be more fun!!!

After which I headed home to meet up with Randy…
Uncle David, Aunty Lydia and Esther are back in Sg for a few weeks and we were gonna catch up with them over dinner at their place. Uncle D. had prepared his legendary crabs for us!!!! *Salivate!*

A dozen crabs cooked in 2 styles: Butter & Pepper
Pepper Crabs - VERY VERY YUMZ! So good u can lick up the pot...
 Butter Crabs!!! Also very awesome!
Aunty Lydia's fried rice - I still rem the taste of it from the last time I had it in Cambodia!
 Salad….
"Let's cut the crab and TUCK IN!"

Linus & Hitomi - Can't wait to see the happy couple get married next year!!!!!
Superb dinner!
If U. David wasn't a missionary in Cambodia, he would make it huge just selling his crabs! Too bad, his heart is with the missions… To find out more about David + Lydia's ministry, you may visit: www.wchrist.org

It was a great night of laughing our heads off as usual… What a great way to close off the year… :)
